Welcome to our New Website and Blog!

We have just completed a redesign of our website.  While we often received compliments on our website, it had been several years since the last redesign.  The editor interface was outdated and the site didn’t render well on mobile devices.  Of course, iPads didn’t even exist prior to this decade.  Imagine that!  Anyway, we hope you like the new look and if you have any comments on the site or notice something out place, please feel free to drop me a note.

As part of the redesign, we have added this blog page to the website.  I intend to use this space to write about various issues relating to Illinois estate planning and estate administration.  I will also keep clients and readers updated on changes and developments effecting trusts and estates – tax changes, new Illinois statutes and court decisions, news events and comments on articles and publications.  If you have a specific topic you’d like me to address, please let me know.
